StrongBody AI is actively recruiting licensed Organizational Psychologists (I/O Psychologists) to join our platform and deliver high-value professional services to both international and U.S. clients through StrongBody AI and the MultiMe AI app.
I. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a StrongBody AI Expert Partner, you will list and offer services and products that align with your professional expertise and competencies. These services will be delivered to clients via the StrongBody AI platform according to their specific organizational needs.
All services must comply with U.S. federal and state regulations, as well as StrongBody AI’s policies. The platform equips you with advanced tools to reach a global and domestic clientele, enabling you to expand well beyond your current geographic limitations.
You are not an employee of StrongBody AI. Your income comes directly from client payments for the services and products you provide.
You can offer online services such as:
- Leadership development coaching
- Team dynamics and performance optimization
- Employee engagement and workplace well-being support
- Organizational change management
When appropriate, you may also meet clients in person at your consulting office or private practice.
II. BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Organizational Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with an active, unrestricted license to practice and relevant professional certifications in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
- Proven experience in organizational consulting, leadership development, team dynamics, employee engagement, and workplace psychology.
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with executives, HR professionals, and organizations.
- Comfortable working online and managing a professional digital profile.
- Interest in expanding your practice to both U.S. and international markets while strictly operating within legal and ethical guidelines.
